A note to WTFLA from Morgan & Tyler:
All we want is for everyone to drink more wine! Two years ago we started throwing small but really fun wine events in Boston. It quickly led to the creation of Wine Riot, an educational wine event where you can ask questions, take a 20-minute Crash Course and try unique wines from all over the world all while rocking out with 3,000 of your closest friends. Wine Riot LA is March 25-26 in a brand new space in Santa Monica. Tickets are only $50/ $60 and let you try any of the 250 wines from all over the world. We even built our own killer Mobile App so you can remember every wine you try.
Every week we send out our Wine of the Weekend email where we pick three awesome wines and tell you where you can buy them. Sign up for our email to get the low down on the LA wine scene and special deals on Wine Riot LA tickets.
In case you were worried, we’re not some huge company. Second Glass is owned and operated by a handful of people (and a couple LA natives) all under 30. After four successful and sold out Wine Riots in Boston we’re taking the show on the road to spread the wine revolution coast to coast!

I just came from a winery in So.Jersey of all places( I am from Napa). The nice lady Jackie said George Taber has done 3 blind tastings there and this NJ winery beat Ch Mouton,Silver Oak,Ch Cheval Blanc,Duckhorn etc.I said bull ,she said it’s on our site, which she brought up.There is Taber saying it happen! Ok I said let’s tastes ,WOW.Did not taste everything but the 8 or 9 I did, were all excellent .But here is the thing all around 20 bucks. They said the owner consulted at Ch Margaux and Napa.No wonder this place is a shock, looks, wine, people, ( owner who talked briefly with me) all to cool
