If you are an independent winery there are no fees for submitting wine and there are no fees for having your wines featured in a wtfla event.

If you are not an independent winery, you may still be able to have your wines featured through wtfla’s Partner Events for a fee. Contact leah@wtflosangeles.org for details.

If you are an independent winery and would like your wines featured at a wtfla event

All wines are individually tasted and hand-picked by Leah Hennessy to be featured at wtfla events. There are no fees for submitting wine. There are no fees for having your wines featured in a wtfla event.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of your wine(s) does not guarantee that your wine(s) will be featured at a wtfla event. Wines are chosen at the sole discretion of wtfla.

The process for submission is as follows:

• Contact Leah at leah@wtflosangeles.org with your name, some winery info, website links, and anticipated delivery date for samples. Deliveries are accepted on WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. Please plan accordingly. PLEASE DO NOT SEND SAMPLES WITHOUT CONTACTING LEAH AT THE ABOVE EMAIL FIRST. All transport of wine is the responsibility of the winery.
• Send one (1) bottle of each wine you would like to have considered for wtfla tastings to:

• Send tracking information of shipment to leah@wtflosangeles.org
• You will be sent a confirmation email once the sample(s) have been received.
• Depending on the overall number of samples submitted in a given week, you will hear from us within 2 weeks of our receipt of the sample with a yes or no answer.

If your wine is selected to be featured at a wtfla event

PLEASE NOTE: The dates and locations of the tasting your wine will be featured in are at the sole discretion of wtfla.

• Once the decision has been made to feature your wine(s), we will work to set the date and place in a timely manner.
• Once the date and location have been set, you will have the opportunity to send a representative to speak about your wine at the event. A temporary agency agreement must be signed in accordance with CA ABC so we may pour your wine.
• You are responsible for providing the samples that will be poured at the tasting on the agreed upon date. The samples will consist of one (1) case of each wine to be featured. These samples must be received at the above address no less than 2 weeks prior to the tasting.
• You are also responsible for providing any printed/promotional materials. These should be shipped with the samples, when possible. We HIGHLY encourage you to provide these materials in order to encourage tasting attendees to purchase wines directly through your website. Special discount/shipping codes for attendees are ALWAYS a good idea.
• Any samples not consumed during the specified tasting event will be retained by wtfla for educational purposes only.
